How to take classes regularly

At SAYAS, all ongoing lessons are booked as part of a lesson package. This approach supports consistent progress and helps build a strong, trusting relationship between you and your teacher.

Lesson packages also come with discounts based on the number of lessons you choose:

  • 5 lessons – 5% off
  • 10 lessons – 10% off
  • 20 lessons – 20% off

 

Expiration Policy

  • Packages purchased before February 9, 2026 (JST) do not have an expiration date and may be used as long as the teacher continues offering lessons.
  • Packages purchased on or after February 10, 2026 (JST) are valid for one year from the purchase date, regardless of package size.
  • In special circumstances, students may discuss possible extensions directly with their teacher.
    The school does not manage or guarantee extensions.
  • After the expiration date, lesson transfers or refunds are not available.

1. Purchase

  • To purchase a package, please use the link provided directly by your teacher along with this document.

  • Choose the package you want and complete the purchase!

3. Join Study Track System

SAYAS Study Track System is our original platform where you can;

  • Manage your bookings
  • Book lessons
  • Keep class notes
  • Renew the package

You’ll receive access via email within one week after purchasing your first package. If you don’t receive it, please contact us at info@sayasjapanese.com.

2. Schedule your first lesson

  • Once you’ve completed the purchase, you will receive a booking button or link that allows you to schedule the number of lessons included in your package.
  • Book your first class by clicking “USE PACKAGE.” You can check how many lessons are left by clicking “CHECK BALANCE.”
  • You’ll also receive an email titled “Order Receipt”, which includes a link to “Schedule”.
  • You can use this link anytime to book your classes. The email also gives you access to our original learning materials!

Can I book multiple lessons at once?

Yes. On the booking page, select a lesson time and click “Select and add another time” to book multiple lessons in one session.

Yes, there are two options:

  • You can click “Select and make recurring” on the booking page to set a regular schedule, or

  • You can talk directly with your teacher to agree on a regular time.

If lessons are conducted outside the booking system, lesson usage and remaining balance should be managed between you and your teacher. Please consult with you teacher.

  • Booking consecutive 50-minute lessons is allowed.
  • Booking two 25-minute lessons consecutively is not permitted.

If two consecutive 25-minute lessons are booked, the second lesson may not be conducted, and no refund will be provided.

You can check your remaining lessons in either of the following ways:

  • From the order receipt email you received when you purchased your package:
    click “Schedule”, then scroll to the bottom of the scheduling page and select “Check code balance”.
  • On the SAYAS Study Track System dashboard, where your remaining lessons are displayed clearly.

You can renew your package in either of the following ways:

  • Ask your teacher to send you the package purchase link, or
  • Click “Renew Package” on the SAYAS Study Track System.

Lesson packages are generally intended to be used with one teacher. However, if you feel the match is not right due to special circumstances, the school can assist you in transferring to another teacher. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your situation.

After booking a class, you can contact your teacher by replying to the booking confirmation email. If you have any questions before booking, please contact us at info@sayasjapanese.com

If a teacher is unable to attend or cancels within 12 hours:

  • Trial lesson students will receive a full refund.
  • Package students will have one lesson returned to their package.
