All lessons are held online via Zoom. After booking, you’ll receive a Zoom link from your teacher before each class. You can join from your computer, tablet, or phone — just make sure your internet connection is stable.

At SAYAS, all ongoing lessons are booked as part of a lesson package. This approach supports consistent progress and helps build a strong, trusting relationship between you and your teacher. Lesson packages come with discounts based on the number of lessons you choose.

Packages purchased on or after February 10, 2026 (JST) are valid for one year from the purchase date, regardless of package size.
Lesson packages are generally intended to be used with one teacher. However, if you feel the match is not right due to special circumstances, the school can assist you in transferring to another teacher. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your situation.

Yes — you can reschedule or cancel up to 12 hours before the scheduled time; changes made within 12 hours are normally not allowed. For more details, please see our Student Guide & Policies.
