How to take classes regularly

At SAYAS, all ongoing lessons are booked as part of a lesson package. This approach supports consistent progress and helps build a strong, trusting relationship between you and your teacher.

Lesson packages also come with discounts based on the number of lessons you choose:

  • 5 lessons – 5% off

  • 10 lessons – 10% off

  • 20 lessons – 20% off

**No expiration date — learn at your own pace.

1. Purchase

  • To purchase a package, please use the link provided directly by your teacher along with this document.

  • Choose the package you want and complete the purchase!

3. Join Study Track System

SAYAS Study Track System is our original platform where you can;

  • Manage your bookings
  • Book lessons
  • Keep class notes

You’ll receive access via email within one week after purchasing your first package. If you don’t receive it, please contact us at info@sayasjapanese.com.

2. Schedule your first lesson

  • Once you’ve completed the purchase, you will receive a booking button or link that allows you to schedule the number of lessons included in your package.
  • Book your first class by clicking “USE PACKAGE.” You can check how many lessons are left by clicking “CHECK BALANCE.”
  • You’ll also receive an email titled “Order Receipt”, which includes a link to “Schedule”.
  • You can use this link anytime to book your classes. The email also gives you access to our original learning materials!

How do I start?

Book 25-minute trial lesson ($9)  first. After the trial, your teacher will share a link to purchase your lesson package.

All lessons are held online via Zoom. After booking, you’ll receive a Zoom link from your teacher before each class. You can join from your computer, tablet, or phone — just make sure your internet connection is stable.

Each teacher has their own specialties — such as JLPT preparation, conversation, or grammar — and they prepare materials that fit your personal goals.
We’re also creating SAYAS Original Materials, a unique method designed to help you learn more naturally — coming soon!

If you feel the teacher isn’t a good fit, contact the school and they’ll help you switch to a different teacher. Refunds are only granted in special cases such as teacher not being able to continue teaching.

After booking a class, you can contact your teacher by replying to the booking confirmation email. If you have any questions before booking, please contact us at info@sayasjapanese.com

Yes — you can reschedule or cancel up to 12 hours before the scheduled time; changes made within 12 hours are normally not allowed.

If your teacher cancels, you won’t lose your lesson. You can simply reschedule a new lesson for free by talking with your teacher and choosing another date that works for both of you.
