  • I believe language exists to be spoken, so I always include some small talk with every student to practice real conversation.
    For students studying for the JLPT, I also assign homework.
    Other than that, I adjust the lesson content according to each student’s goals and preferences.

Hi! I’m Hanae. “Enty” is my nickname 🙂 You can call me either one. I love traveling abroad and connecting with people! I’ve traveled to many places and understand the importance of being able to communicate confidently in Japanese when exploring a new country.

I can't remember the last time I was excited about taking classes and doing homework. But ever since I started classes with Enty-sensei, that has been the case every week! Her classes are always energetic and lively and really engaging. We usually cover a few different topics and after that, we talk about Japanese culture and many other things just as a way to use what we just covered in class. Enty-sensei is, in every sense of the word, an amazing teacher!

Very warm and very funny!! I've only taken two classes, but they both flew by! Also, I'm not so interested in standard or mainland Japan like Tokyo, Kyoto, or Osaka (although I love Osaka's food), but more in "unknown" Japan like Hokkaido and Okinawa (Ryukyu Kingdom), so it's super interesting to talk to someone from Hokkaido!
