I tailor the lesson content flexibly to each student’s level and goals.

• For beginners, we start with hiragana and katakana, and use textbooks to carefully learn grammar and conversation from the basics. As needed, I also use materials in English or the student’s native language, and we proceed by reviewing any points they don’t understand together.
• For students at the N3 level or higher, in addition to grammar study using textbooks, I conduct practical conversation practice tailored to their preferences—such as discussions based on news articles and blogs, as well as making phone reservations and handling unexpected situations—all of which are useful for traveling in Japan. I place great importance on “being able to actually use the Japanese you’ve learned.”

• Japanese for Children
  I offer personalized lessons tailored to each child’s pace—from complete beginners to those who can already speak a little Japanese. Using songs, word games like shiritori, bingo, and other fun activities, children can naturally and enjoyably learn Japanese.
